Team Building Events in Windsor and Eton

The Windsor and Eton Challenge

Windsor is, of course, best known for its castle, which provides a wonderful backdrop to this historic town. Home of the British Monarchy for almost a thousand years, it is the largest inhabited castle in the world. If you are flying into Heathrow Airport, you would have flown over it! A town of constant hustle and bustle, from its residents to the millions of tourists who flock to Windsor all year round. It is said Shakespeare wrote the Merry Wives of Windsor in Windsor and stayed regularly at a local hostellery in the High Street, as did the writer H G Wells. It is also home to the Guildhall, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, which featured heavily in the UK news in recent years for being where HRH The Prince of Wales married Camilla Parker-Bowles, and the songwriter and musician Elton John married his partner David Furnish in a civil partnership ceremony. The Windsor and Eton Challenge includes all these "hot spots" of interest and of course includes much many other landmarks waiting to be discovered by your teams.
