Objectives
- Designed for graduates in the financial sector. Our aim is to include task orientated activities including dedicated trading sessions which ensure intellectual and negotiating skills are used to maximum effect. Key focus on developing the team skills and building networks with new colleagues
Overview
- The Trading Challenge provides the opportunity for a young team to learn in a fun but structured and innovative way
- This challenge introduces the importance of essential skills to graduates such as communication, co-operation, leadership, planning, time management skills, problem-solving, listening and awareness skills
- Our facilitators work closely with the teams throughout is to keep everyone motivated, inspired and encouraged as well as providing relevant feedback and review and making interventions when appropriate with the teams
