City Challenge works closely with several financial institutions and has developed a highly-successful Trading Challenge, designed specifically for graduates in this sector. Here, teams from a global bank's graduate programme take the City of London Trading Challenge, an event which helps them develop teambuilding, negotiation and communication skills.
