I have done many team activities in the past but the Challenge has been the best in getting to the core of people's strengths very quickly.

Excellent! Best exercise in team building I've done, will definitely come back to Oxford as a result.

Day to really get to work with the team, recognize our personal and team strengths/ weaknesses. Worth it from a business perspective and good fun.
